  3. Meanwhile, blend shallots, garlic, ginger, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, cumin, red chilies and lemongrass.
  4. In another pot, heat oil and sauté the blended ingredients then add the turmeric leaf.
  5. Add 1 1/2 cups of water and Ikan Tongkol to the pot and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk to the fish curry and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
